Singapore's latest development is a canopy of artificial solar-powered trees towering over a vast urban oasis.
Part of a 250 acre landscaping project, the billion dollar 'garden for the people' does it all.
"Trees trap energy from the sun and super trees do the same with photovolaic panels on top," says Kiat W Tan, CEO of Gardens by the Bay. "It's going to take me a few million years to get real trees like this."
