SOCCER - Two people have been injured in clashes between German and Ukrainian fans in Lille at Euro 2016. About 50 German hooligans are believed to have been involved but French police were able to end the confrontation quickly.

UEFA warns it may disqualify England and Russia from the tournament if there is a repeat of the ugly fan violence following their match in France.

CANOEING - Australia's Jessica Fox has won another K1 World Cup silver medal in a final filled with athletes who will be competing at this year's Rio Olympics.
