GOLF - Masters champion Adam Scott will get his four-week Australian odyssey under way today when he tees off in the opening round of the Australian PGA Championship at Royal Pines.

TENNIS - Rafael Nadal will finish 2013 as world No.1 following a 7-6 (7-5) 7-6 (8-6) victory over Stanislas Wawrinka at the ATP World Tour Finals in London.

RACING - Kirramosa will start as favourite in the VRC Oaks at Flemington today.

LEAGUE - Daly Cherry-Evans has been handed another chance to impress at the Rugby League World Cup in this weekend's clash against Ireland in Limerick.
