The chief executive of cleaning and catering group Spotless will step down at the end of 2015.
Bruce Dixon has been chief executive since 2012, and says he wants to retire from full-time executive duties to pursue opportunities in his family business.
His time as CEO will end on December 31, but Mr Dixon will remain on the Spotless board.
The company said it will conduct a wide-ranging search for a replacement.
Spotless on Thursday also confirmed its guidance of a $134.5 million net profit in the current financial year, and sales of almost $2.7 billion.
Its shares were down nine cents, or 3.7 per cent, at $2.34 at 1325 AEST.
Spotless provides facility management, catering and cleaning and laundry services, and re-listed on the share market in 2014 after two years in the hands of private equity.
