Cleaning and catering business Spotless says it is considering the sale of its laundries business as part of a strategy review.
"Spotless has commenced a process to assess the potential shareholder value that could be generated by a sale of its Laundries business. The process is at an early stage and no assurance can be given that a transaction will proceed," the company said in a statement on Monday.
It also reaffirmed its full-year earnings guidance for a 10 per cent fall in profit due to costs linked to acquisitions and failed tenders.
