Protests have broken out in Indonesia amid an unprecedented diplomatic fallout with Australia over spying allegations.
Prime Minister Tony Abbott, who is refusing to apologise for the claims, says he's received a letter from Indonesian president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and he'll be responding shortly.
President Yudhoyono has told reporters the letter would demand Australia outline its official stance and explanation for reportedly spying on the Indonesian leader, his wife and close confidants in 2009.
