Stag partygoers play ultimate prank on buck by tricking him into thinking he's bungee jumping

A groom-to-be has been duped by his friends into believing he is about to take the plunge - literally - before being pushed into a pond.

Buck party pranks typically involve a mankini, a lamp post and more than a few beers but that's so passe these days - get a load of the 'bachelor bungee' trick doing the rounds.
A group of stag partygoers have blindfolded a buck before leading him to a ledge in what he believes is going to be an adrenaline-inspiring leap from on high.

In reality, he's only centimetres off the ground above a pond.

After several minutes of steeling himself to take the plunge, he's eventually pushed by one of his friends and quickly receives a face full of water.

The clip has been viewed more than 500,000 times on YouTube.

It's not the first time a groom-to-be has been duped, as a Norwegian bachelor party pulled a similar stunt on an unsuspecting buck last year.
