Property developer Stockland says Perpetual chairman and long-standing director Peter Scott will retire from the board in August, after more than 10 years with the company.
Mr Scott joined the Stockland Board in August 2005 and currently serves as chairman of the Risk committee and member of the Sustainability committee.
Stockland also has appointed former senior Lend Lease executive Stephen Newton to the board, effective June 20 and subject to shareholder approval at the next annual general meeting.
