Stocks to watch on the Australian stock exchange on Friday, June 13:

GFF - GOODMAN FIELDER - steady at 68.0 cents

Food group Goodman Fielder will spend $27 million to expand its Christchurch ultra heat treated milk plant, giving it additional capacity to meet increased demand for its Meadow Fresh brand in Asia.

LEI - LEIGHTON HOLDINGS - up 34 cents, or 1.72 per cent, at $20.15

Leighton Holdings could offload some of its businesses or introduce partners as the construction, engineering and mining giant moves to simplify its structure and lift profits.

NXS - NEXUS ENERGY - suspended from trade, last at 1.3 cents

SVW - SEVEN GROUP HOLDINGS - down six cents, or 0.77 per cent, at $7.70

Administrators have been appointed to Nexus Energy after shareholders rejected a takeover bid, raising speculation that billionaire Kerry Stokes miscalculated with his low offer.
