He's the man the Melbourne Storm call on to make something happen.
And with two tries and a 70 metre break to set up another winger Marika Koroibete made the difference in Melbourne's 30-14 win over the Warriors in their Easter Monday clash.
Melbourne skipper Cameron Smith said the 22-year-old Fijian flyer was someone the Storm players loved having in their side.
"He's been one of our better players all season if not the best," Smith said.
"That break he made was massive and I reckon he's come up with a play like that every match this year, where we've needed something.
"Before that play I was thinking, `I'd just love someone to make a break here', and he got the ball and ran through three blokes and went downfield and we scored two plays later.
"Massive plays like that are getting us out of trouble."
Koroibete joined Melbourne mid-season last June after being let go by the Wests Tigers after 16 games in two seasons.
Strong and fast as well as smart, Koroibete is proving a huge value buy and has run for 814m this season - which puts him way out in front in that category amongst Storm players.
Smith said Koroibete was always working on his game and likened him to former club great Marcus Bai, who was part of their 1999 premiership side and scored 70 tries for the club.
"He's like an extra forward for us and comes up with plays like getting the ball out of the in-goal so we don't have to have a repeat set, taking high balls under pressure, making line breaks when we're inside our own 10 metres," Smith said.
"I think he's just playing fantastic.
"For a guy who plays with a lot of confidence like he is at the moment, you just give him the ball and things happen around him."
