Strike extends Orica discussions

Strike Energy has extended the expiry date of the binding term sheet signed with Orica International from September 8 to September 22, 2017.

The extension was made to finalise the new gas sales agreement.

Additionally, the parties have agreed to extend the period of suspension of the operation of their existing termination rights from September 15 to September 29 so as to allow the parties the opportunity to execute the agreement by the revised expiry date.
