It's been over a year since the first of the two Malaysia Airlines tragedies took place, and the company is now struggling to survive. 

The airline's chief executive officer, Christoph Mueller, has announced the carrier is virtually bankrupt.

But he says he hopes a new approach will revive the troubled airline.
