Su-Yeon Jang has a three-shot lead going into the final round of the LPGA Tour's Lotte Championship in Hawaii.

The South Korean produced a third-round seven-under 65 to be 17 under for the tournament.

The 22-year-old sponsor invite's 65 came after she completed her second straight 67 in the morning in the rain-delayed event at Ko Olina Golf Club.

Cristie Kerr and Alena Sharp, the 35-year-old Canadian looking for her first LPGA Tour victory, were tied for second at 14 under.

American Kerr had a 62 to tie Lizette Salas' tournament record.

The 40-year-old Kerr played the back nine in 29, with birdies on seven of her last eight holes.

New Zealand's world No.1 Lydia Ko, looking for her first win since July, was tied for seventh at nine under after a 65.

She was eight strokes behind the leader, a shot behind second-ranked So Yeon Ryu (69) and two back of third-ranked Ariya Jutanugarn (70).

Minjee Lee is the best-placed Australian at seven under in a tie for 15th after a round of 68.
