Sugar and dairy among TPP sticking points

Trade Minister Andrew Robb is in Hawaii this week for what could be the final round of negotiations on the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Sugar and dairy are among some of the final sticking points as 12 Pacific countries move closer to sealing a free trade deal, the trade minister says.

Andrew Robb is in Hawaii this week for what could be the final negotiations for the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Mr Robb defended the secrecy of the trade talks and told ABC Radio "nothing's agreed until everything's agreed".

Opposition Leader Bill Shorten said Labor needed to see the detail on the deal before it would throw its support behind the trade pact.
