Surgical teams reach South Sudan

Following fresh outbreaks of inter-communal violence in South Sudan the International Committee of the Red Cross has deployed additional surgical teams to assist the wounded.

 

The Red Cross has deployed as mobile surgical teams in the Jonglei region to access those injured in fighting.

 

Daphné Lucas from the Red Cross describes the situation in South Sudan to Ildi Amon.
