Sydney man critical after weekend attack

A man has been charged over an attack in Sydney's west that left another man in a critical condition.

A 29-year-old man remains in a critical condition following a weekend attack in Sydney's west.

The man was found unconscious in Tregear in the early hours of Sunday, and was taken to hospital with serious head injuries.

A 26-year-old man was arrested on Monday and is expected to appear in court on Tuesday charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
