Sydney woman crushed between cars

A woman has suffered leg injuries after being crushed between two cars at a popular picnic area in northwestern Sydney.

A woman has been seriously injured after being crushed between two cars in Sydney's northwest.

The woman, believed to be in her 20s, suffered leg injuries after becoming trapped between the cars at Pughs Lagoon Reserve, a popular picnic are at Richmond.

She was taken to Westmead Hospital where she remains in a stable condition.

Police are speaking to a female learner driver and other witnesses.
