A taxi driver has disarmed a woman armed with a knife in an attempted robbery in Adelaide.
The driver was threatened by two women after he dropped them off at a Semaphore Park address early on Friday morning.
They fled empty handed after he fought back, police say.
Two girls, aged 16 and 17, were later arrested and charged with attempted aggravated theft.
They will appear in the Adelaide Youth Court at a later date.
