A 15-year-old girl has serious leg injuries after she fell from a cliff in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

A teenage girl has suffered serious leg injuries after falling six metres from a cliff in Sydney's east.

The 15-year-old was pulled from water by rescuers following the fall at Nielsen Park, Vaucluse just after 1pm on Sunday.

She was treated for leg injuries at the scene and taken to Randwick Children's Hospital in a serious condition.
