A Danish archer has found worldwide fame overnight with his video that shows off near impossible tricks worthy of a fantasy movie.
Lars Andersen, who specialises in ancient archery techniques, set out to show how Hollywood archery is not historically accurate.
But his incredible skills have led to a viral sensation – with more than 9 million views in less than two days.
Andersen is shown splitting an arrow using a knife as a target, firing as he bounces off walls and catching an arrow mid-air and firing it back before his feet hit the ground.
Known as the “fastest archer alive”, Andersen demonstrates how he can achieve rapid fire by holding the arrows in his firing hand and doing away with the back quiver.
