Hundreds of thousands of Australians have gathered to remember the fallen from conflicts around the world for ANZAC day.

Hundreds of thousands of Australians have gathered to remember the fallen from conflicts around the world for Anzac Day.

Dawn services are being held in state and territory capitals, and in regional centres across Australia.

SBS reporter Stephanie Anderson was at the dawn service in Sydney's Martin Place and she spoke to Santilla Chingaipe.
