Three arrested after Vic man dies in brawl

A man has died during a brawl in a Victorian town after he was struck and fell, hitting his head on the ground.

Three men have been arrested after a man died in a brawl outside a pub in the small Victorian town of Eildon.

It's believed the man was struck and hit his head when he fell to the ground.

Paramedics at the scene tried to revive the man, but he died. Police have three men in custody.
