Three charged over robberies in Brisbane

Police have charged two men and a teenager following a series of robberies in Brisbane.

Two men and a teenager have been charged over a series of armed robberies in Brisbane.

Police say two men armed with firearms entered a licensed premises on Sandgate Road in Nundah in the early hours of Monday and threatened staff before stealing cash.

A glass panel was smashed, injuring a female employee.

It is also alleged that on February 7, three armed men robbed a League's Club on Kirby Road, Aspley.

On January 30, police say two men armed with knives robbed a Waterford West Hotel on Kingston Road.

A 19-year old and 17-year from Inala have been charged with deprivation of liberty, armed robbery, and assault occasioning bodily harm and unlawful use of motor vehicle.

A 30-year-old of no fixed address has been charged with four counts of deprivation of liberty, two counts of armed robbery and stealing, and unlawful use of a motor vehicle and burglary.

All three men are due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday.
