Two men have been found guilty of murdering a gym owner whose "femme fatale" ex-girlfriend wanted him dead so she could keep a farm they shared.
Wayne Amey, 54, was found bashed, stabbed and strangled in December 2013, a week after he had been due to appear in court over a property dispute with his former girlfriend, Robyn Lindholm.
Lindholm pleaded guilty to Mr Amey's murder in May and did not stand trial.
A Victorian Supreme Court jury on Friday found one of Lindholm's lovers, Torsten Trabert, and another man, John Anthony Ryan, guilty of Mr Amey's murder after crown prosecutors alleged they were contract killers who murdered Mr Amey on Lindholm's instructions.
The men's trial was told Lindholm saw herself as a "femme fatale" who had beguiled Trabert and Ryan.

Other former lovers testified she had used their intense sexual relationships to try to convince them to kill her boyfriend so she could win the property dispute over the coastal Bittern farm they owned.
Ex-boyfriend Aaron Ardley says Lindholm manipulated him into training to murder Mr Amey.
Mr Ardley testified that he had been prepared to kill Mr Amey for Lindholm, but couldn't because he sustained an acquired brain injury in January 2013.
Mr Amey's son, Patrick, told the trial his father received threats and feared for his life in the months before his body was found wedged between boulders at Mt Korong.
The son said he became very worried when he went to his father's Hawthorn apartment on December 11 and found a pool of blood in his father's parking space.
CCTV footage of Ryan and Trabert entering Mr Amey's apartment car park was presented as evidence during the trial.
Trabert and Ryan have been remanded into custody for sentencing at a later date.
