Three treated by ambos after ACT fire

Firefighters in the ACT have brought a fire in Fyshwick under control, with three people treated for smoke inhalation.

Three people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a party hire business in Canberra caught alight.

Firefighters have brought the Fyshwick fire under control and prevented it from spreading to nearby businesses on Gladstone Street.

The ACT Emergency Services Agency says the building had partially collapsed in the large fire, which began about 10.45am.

The three people treated by the ACT ambulance service did not require transport to hospital.

An exclusion zone remains in place.
