Richmond coach Damien Hardwick admits they undid three weeks of good work with last Friday night's big AFL loss to North Melbourne.

North hammered the Tigers by 70 points to leave them three games adrift of the top eight halfway through the season.

"It's amazing how you can win three games, lose one the way we lost and feel like the whole world is caving in," Hardwick said.
