Richmond premiership trio Nathan Broad, Jack Graham and Dan Butler are set for a stint on the sidelines.
The Tigers paid a high price for their big win over Adelaide at the MCG, with Broad (fractured cheekbone), Graham (dislocated shoulder) and Butler (ankle) all injured.
They look set to miss between two and four games.
Broad appears set for the longest absence after undergoing surgery on Saturday to insert plates into a cheekbone following an accidental collision with Crows defender Tom Doedee.
"He's quite sore and swollen at the moment ... he'll start jogging later in the week, as he feels comfortable," Richmond performance manager Peter Burge said.
"It's a short-medium term injury.
"We need to wait for the swelling to die down and for him to feel absolutely comfortable, so that if he does cop a knock to his head, at any stage, it's not going to re-injure and break again.
"From a fitness point of view we'll be able to get him going pretty quickly and also non-contact skills fairly soon as well."
Graham's left shoulder dislocated in the third quarter when he attempted to tackle young Crow Myles Poholke.
"He had some scans over the weekend, which showed just a little bit of anterior labral damage, which is pretty typical of any dislocation," Burge said.
"So now it's just a short period of time of rehab. It's that shorter-medium term range injury.
"He's got to get full strength back in that shoulder to be able to tackle. The great news for Jack is that he'll possibly be able to start running late this week, at worse early next week."
Butler rolled his ankle in the first quarter and was able to play out the game.
But he has worn a moon boot since the Friday night encounter and will "miss a period of time".
