Some people are disheartened by the animals they find on Tinder. Now there's an app where that's the whole point.
With the rise of popular dating apps, it was only a matter of time before the arrival of BarkBuddy.
Like its human counterpart, BarkBuddy lets users flit through a series of profiles by swiping to either side of their phone's screen.
From there, they can create a list of four-legged matches for possible adoption.
The dog's size, age and activity level (which ranges helpfully from "couch potato" to "marathoner") can be specified to increase the chances of a pairing made in pet heaven.
