Tip of the week
Don't be in a rush to plant tomato and pepper plants. They need warm soil and nighttime temperatures above 50 to get a good start. If you have transplants that are getting too big, put them in larger pots for the next week or two before planting and keep them watered and in a sheltered location. Use the interlude to assemble growing cages or stakes.
