Titans' Myles in doubt for milestone match

Gold Coast skipper Nate Myles is in doubt for Saturday night's home NRL encounter with the New Zealand Warriors due to injury.

Gold Coast captain Nate Myles could miss Saturday night's NRL clash with the Warriors due to a foot injury from State of Origin II.

The Queensland prop suffered the injury early in the loss to NSW at the MCG on Wednesday night and has been sent for scans to determine the extent of the damage.

Myles was set to play his 200th NRL game against the Warriors, with his Titans side now in the top eight after two wins on the bounce.

If Myles is ruled out, it's expected Gold Coast second-rower Ryan James will skipper his hometown side for another week after deputising in last weekend's impressive victory over Canterbury.
