Bernard Tomic has continued his strong late-season form, making the semi-finals of the ATP Tour's Stockholm Open with a three-set win over seventh seed Fernando Verdasco.
The unseeded Tomic beat the Spaniard 0-6 6-4 7-6 (8-6), having previously accounted for third-seeded South African Kevin Anderson.
The first-round victory in Stockholm was the first main-draw win for the Australian since he withdrew from the US Open in August due to a hip injury.
