Country music star Trace Adkins' third wife has filed for divorce to end the couple's 16-year marriage.
Rhonda Adkins has cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split in documents filed in Tennessee.
The Chrome singer and his wife wed in 1997 and have three daughters, aged from nine to 16.
According to the divorce papers, obtained by TMZ, the couple separated on Monday.
Rhonda is requesting primary residential custody of their three kids, child support and alimony.
The divorce news is the latest blow for the You're Gonna Miss This singer, who lost his father, Aaron, last month.
The death followed a rehab stint for alcoholism for the singer, who days earlier became embroiled in an altercation with an impersonator onboard a country music fan cruise.
Adkins had been sober for more than a decade before his relapse.
