Manly skipper Jamie Lyon predicts Trbojevic brothers Jake and Tom can have an impact upon the Sea Eagles as significant as Brett and Glenn Stewart's before them.
The Trbojevics are two of the NRL's hottest rising stars and were instrumental in Manly's first win of the season over Cronulla on Monday.
It was arguably their best game together in first grade.
Brett Stewart, meanwhile, remains a key figure on Sydney's northern peninsula where he and brother Glenn inspired Manly to an era of incredible success between 2003 and 2014 including four grand finals and two premierships.
Lyon's career at the Sea Eagles has spanned both sets of siblings and he sees something special again in the Trbojevics.
When asked on Wednesday if they could be as important as the Stewarts, Lyon said: "They could do.
" I know it is a big compliment for them and I know both those guys hold the Stewart brothers in high regard, they have done a lot of great things.
"Snake (Brett Stewart) is still here playing good footy for us and Glenn was one of the best back-rowers that ever played for Manly.
"I know the boys are very flattered by that sort of compliment."
Jake, 22, a former Australian schoolboy and Junior Kangaroo has played 27 games since 2013 but had his 2014 wrecked by injury.
Tom, 19, who has represented NSW at under-18 level, made his NRL debut last year and has played 12 games.
"They are good kids. The club is lucky to have them," Lyon said.
"They cherish playing for Manly, they were born and bred in the area in Mona Vale and it is good to see them playing well.
"There is a lot of hope there for the local juniors to aspire to in playing first grade. They are great role models."
