Trio attacked by four dogs in Newcastle

Four dogs have attacked two men and a woman in Newcastle, leaving them hospitalised with serious arm and leg injuries.

Three people have been hospitalised after they were attacked by four dogs in Newcastle.

The dogs mauled two men and a woman at New Lambton on Saturday morning, inflicting serious puncture wounds to their arms and legs.

The group were taken to John Hunter Hospital while the dogs have been locked up and local council rangers notified.
