The trio were fined for second offences this season and in most cases, a third charge will mean they risk a one-game suspension.
They were offered $1500 penalties, up from the standard $1000 fine.
Gibson predictably was charged with striking Carlton opponent Blaike Boekhorst in the midriff during Hawthorn's record win on Friday night.
The match review panel also booked Swallow and Jetta for rough conduct.
Swallow laid a high bump on Gold Coast midfielder James Aish during North Melbourne's win at the 'Gabba.
Sydney's Jetta was charged for his contact with West Coast player Elliott Yeo in the last quarter.
That was the same quarter where Lewis made his war cry in support of teammate Adam Goodes.
Under this year's revised match review panel guidelines, a third offence in the same season automatically means suspension.
The player can accept a one-game ban or risk two games and a $2500 fine at the tribunal.
The only exception is if the third offence is for a lesser offence such as melee involvement.
Hawthorn are widely fancied to win their third-straight premiership.
Sydney remain in the top four despite successive losses to the Hawks and West Coast, while North Melbourne are back in the top eight.
Also on Monday, Carlton's Nick Holman was offered a one-game suspension for striking Hawthorn forward Luke Breust.
Adelaide utility Richard Douglas can accept a $1000 fine for rough conduct against Gold Coast's Sam Day.
Western Bulldogs young gun Jackson Macrae received the same fine for rough conduct against Collingwood newcomer Brayden Maynard.
The panel threw out the charge against Richmond star Dustin Martin for striking Fremantle's Lee Spurr.
