Warriors star Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has suffered a suspected medial ligament injury in the first half of their NRL elimination final against Penirth.

Warriors captain Roger Tuivasa-Sheck has limped off ANZ Stadium with a knee injury in the first half of their elimination NRL final against Penrith.

Tuivasa-Sheck suffered the injury following a tackle by Panthers pair Sione Katoa and Waqa Blake, with his team down 14-12 at the time.

The Nine Network said Tuivasa-Sheck had not suffered an ACL injury, however he had injured his medial ligament and would not return on Saturday night.
