Two men have been found guilty over the Skype sex scandal at the Australian Defence Force Academy.

The jury in the ACT Supreme Court trial of Daniel McDonald, 21, and Dylan Deblaquiere, 20, found the pair guilty on Wednesday of using a carriage service in an offensive manner.

McDonald was also found guilty of committing an act of indecency by filming himself having sex with a fellow military cadet and broadcasting it on Skype to another cadet's room where five men were watching - including Deblaquiere.

The victim, now 20, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told the trial she was shocked and left without support after discovering she had been filmed and broadcast having sex.

She was a cadet in March 2011 when she had consensual sex with McDonald and knew she was breaking college fraternisation rules by doing so.

But she insisted she didn't give McDonald permission to use Skype to transmit their encounter to a nearby room where other cadets were watching.

McDonald and Deblaquiere will be sentenced at a date to be set.
