Two injured in Qld fireworks incident

Two men were burned in central Queensland when fireworks exploded near their faces.

Two men have burns to their faces after fireworks exploded at close range in central Queensland.

The incident occurred about 3.45am on Tuesday at a home at Sarina.

One man was taken to Mackay Hospital with serious facial and arm burns, while the second man has minor facial injuries.
