Two late AFL changes for Fremantle

Fremantle have made two late changes to their selected side for their AFL round-23 game against St Kilda.

Third-placed Fremantle have made two late changes to their selected side, leaving out Chris Mayne and Garrick Ibbotson for Saturday's AFL round-23 match against St Kilda at Etihad Stadium.

The Dockers had already made 10 changes at the selection table on Thursday ahead of the finals series which starts next weekend.

Josh Simpson and Craig Moller come into the side, joining Alex Forster among Fremantle's three debutants.

Fremantle have also rested Zac Dawson, David Mundy, Nat Fyfe, Hayden Ballantyne, Michael Johnson, Zac Clarke and Lee Spurr.

"Last year, we flew two weeks in a row (during the finals) off two six-day breaks," Fremantle coach Ross Lyon said on Thursday.

"We think that had a cumulative effect, so we're planning for a strong campaign."

St Kilda, who can't make the finals and have a 4-17 win-loss record, have made no late changes.
