Two men killed in WA road crash

Two male drivers, aged 47 and 49, have died after a van and truck collision in Western Australia.

Two men have been killed in a collision between a van and truck in Western Australia's Peel region.

Police say a Toyota Hiace van and a Mitsubishi truck collided on the Pinjarra-Williams Road in Wuraming about 6.15pm (WST) on Thursday.

The 47-year-old driver of the van died at the scene.

The 49-year-old truck driver was cut free from his vehicle by State Emergency Service volunteers and was taken to Boddington District Hospital but did not survive.
