Tyson Frizell is being kept in cotton wool by NSW doctors, just three days out from State of Origin II, but has played down concerns about his injured ribs.
The Blues back-rower will need the aid of a painkilling injection to take the field when NSW attempt to wrap up the series at ANZ Stadium on Wednesday night.
The St George Illawarra enforcer has yet to resume full contact during Blues camp and was again restricted during Sunday's opposed session.
"It's as good as it can be," Frizell said.
Asked if he had any concerns about being able to play out the match, the 25-year-old said: "Not at all.
"I wouldn't be putting myself in a position if I didn't think I could perform on the night.
"I'm going in 100 per cent."
Frizell suffered rib cartilage damage in the Dragons' win over Wests Tigers a fortnight ago and was taken to hospital for scans.
He returned the following week in the Red V's loss to Canterbury.
He shapes as a possible target for Queensland's hard-hitting middle men, including Josh Papalii and Dylan Napa, but was not fazed by the thought of having his ribs tested out.
"I don't know if they'll be targetting me, I'm not a key player in the squad," Frizell said.
"It's up to them whether they think I'm vulnerable."
