Union boss refers Vic Labor to authorities

United Firefighters Union boss Peter Marshall says he is referring allegations of dodgy fundraising and branch stacking within Victorian Labor to authorities.

Mr Marshall in July wrote to Labor asking for an investigation into whether money raised in the state's southeast was properly declared and questioning the rapid membership growth of the Heidelberg branch.

But on Tuesday Mr Marshall told ABC Radio he had not heard from the party and was going to refer the matters to Electoral Commission and Victoria Police.
