Jamaica's Usain Bolt reclaimed his 100m crown at the World Athletics Championships in Moscow.

Jamaican sprint star Usain Bolt has reclaimed his 100m crown at the World Athletics Championships.

Bolt timed a season's best 9.77 seconds, with American Justin Gatlin claiming silver in 9.85sec and Nesta Carter, also of Jamaica, taking bronze in 9.95sec.

It was Bolt's sixth world gold medal after the sprint treble in the 2009 worlds in Berlin and a double showing in Daegu in 2011, where teammate Yohan Blake claimed 100m gold after Bolt was disqualified for a false start.
