Vanuatu cyclone victims 'still need help'

Oxfam says victims of Cyclone Pam in Vanuatu still need outside help to overcome the effects of the disaster.

One month after Cyclone Pam caused widespread devastation in Vanuatu, access to clean water remains a top priority for aid workers.

The international agency, Oxfam, which has been trucking fresh water to affected regions, is now helping communities to rebuild their food production capacity.

Oxfam Australia Chief Executive Dr Helen Szoke says the people of Vanuatu have shown incredible resilience, but still need outside help to overcome the effects of the disaster.

She's speaking with Casey Lodge.
