Vic brawl results in minor injuries

A brawl resulted in some people suffering minor injuries outside a school hall in Melbourne.

About 50 people were involved in a brawl outside a school hall in in Melbourne's north.

The brawl in Thomastown on Saturday night resulted in some people suffering minor injuries, but no one has been arrested at this stage, police say.

What was thought to be a gun was discharged in the air, but it is now believed to be a cap gun.
