A man has been charged with kidnapping after the suspicious disappearance of a Victorian man.
Paul Kingsbury, 27, disappeared on July 6 and has been missing since he was last seen at a Moolap address, near Geelong.
A 36-year-old Indented Head man was arrested on Tuesday and charged with kidnapping and three counts each of threats to kill and false imprisonment.
The man is due to appear at the Geelong Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
