A Victorian man has been caught drink driving twice in one morning, when police spotted him doing a burn-out a few hours after his first positive breath test.
The 26-year-old was pulled over just past midnight on Friday and lost his licence immediately after returning a result of 0.175.
He was released from Geelong police station, but was arrested and breath-tested again about 3am after he was seen doing a burn-out in the same vehicle.
Police say the Geelong man then returned a second positive result of 0.166.
He had his car impounded for 30 days and will be charged on summons with traffic offences.
