* Defending champion: Simon Hawkes (Aus)

* Prize money: $1.5 million

* Co-Sanctioned: Australian PGA and European PGA Tours.

Women's tournament:

* 72 holes on the Beach (par 72) and Creek (par 73) courses at 13th Beach
