WA toddler dies after falling from tractor

A two-year-old girl has died after falling from a tractor that was being driven along a dirt road in WA's Mid West region.

A toddler has died after falling from a tractor in Western Australia's Mid West region.

The tractor was being driven along a dirt road in Port Hedland on Sunday between 4.40pm and 5.40pm when the two-year-old girl fell, a WA police spokesman said.

She was taken to hospital with serious injuries but later died.

Police are investigating the incident.
