Wales RU centre Jonathan Davies injured

Wales will meet Australia in a rugby Test on November 8 without star centre Jonathan Davies and he may also miss the following Test against Fiji.

Wales centre Jonathan Davies will be out for two to three weeks with a shoulder injury and will miss at least the November Test against Australia, his French rugby club Clermont said on Thursday.

Davies, 26, who was injured in the European Champions Cup victory over Sale last Sunday, also misses Top 14 leaders Clermont's trip to Bayonne on Saturday.

Confirming Davies' absence, Clermont manager Franck Azema said: "We have good relations with the Welsh and we will keep in touch with them in order to find out when Jonathan can play for us again."

Wales will play four November Tests in Cardiff, against Australia (Nov 8), Fiji (Nov 15), New Zealand (Nov 22) and South Africa (Nov 29).
